**Position Overview**:
Our Client is committed to enhancing digital experiences and tools for clients, and the Global Market IT FX team is seeking a dedicated Electronic Market/E-Commerce Business Analyst to drive the functional specifications of our Client E-Commerce platform, Cortex, for the APAC region. The role will primarily focus on local booking, hedging onshore-offshore currencies, and supporting the Cortex rollout to various client segments, including corporations. This is a regional role covering APAC.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with end users to produce and refine business specifications.
- Define and produce functional and technical testing plans, participating in user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with Development, Organization, Business, and Operations teams to ensure accurate functional coverage and validate test scenarios.
- Follow up with development teams on the implementation and rollout of new features.
- Manage and escalate risks and issues, coordinating component releases in different environments.
- Assist the support team on complex functional issues, serving as level 2 or 3 support if required.

**Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)**:

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with reporting capabilities, and a good understanding of Capital Market deal flow from pricing to booking and risk management on FX Cash.
- A business-oriented, positive, resilient attitude with a clear focus on results and deliveries.
- Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst in a banking environment.
- Creativity, innovation, proactivity, and conviction in finding solutions.
- High level of autonomy to interact directly with front-office business users.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

**Specific Qualifications Required**:

- Good knowledge of FX Cash products and FX trade life cycle.
