Why Patients Need You
Working with a dynamic team of Supply Chain, Regulatory and Commercial cross functional teams, you will be responsible for the management of the Logistics, Sales Order Management and Customer Service functions of Comirnaty and Paxlovid in APAC.
This role will also manage and support acceleration of new launches to meet business and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as focal point of contact to drive communication and resolution of all supply issues with stakeholders- Sales Order management and Customer fulfillment to meet deliveries On Time in Full (OTIF)- Manages and coordinates with Local Service Provider, freight forwarder and government agencies to ensure timeliness and compliance of customs clearance, transportation and goods receipt processes- Liaises with Regulatory Team on regulatory submission/ approval timelines to ensure timely supply- Collaborates with Vaccines Customer Service (VCS)/Intercompany Operations on delivery plan- Manages Reverse Logistics and RMA requests- Coordinates with 3rd party Logistics service provider and Finance on inventory destruction and reconciliations- Assists and drives market transformation initiatives to further develop and raise the maturity of logistics distribution capabilities- Identifies gaps and drive continuous improvement of E2E processes from launch to market distribution- Supports and drive new launches, overall governance over the next 24 - 36 months, and maintaining overall project ownership- Develops launch timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks and communicates project achievements and/or risks- Ensures first launch shipment timelines and status are maintained accurately and timely in company systems - SIQ/ PCM- Identifies opportunities for supply acceleration and addresses supply risks through mitigation and ensure effective implementation of solutions/changes to meet PGS commitments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management related role
Experience- 5+ years of relevant experience required in Supply, Demand, Logistics and Sales Order management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry- Sound knowledge of project management in Logistics, Customer facing role, and New Product Launches- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and analytical skills- Strong stakeholder management experience- Sound knowledge and strong operational skills of SAP, O2C

- Must be able to work independently and push own agenda and priority in matrix organization- Manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues, as well as improvement initiatives- Use strong oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information to all levels of the organization / stakeholders- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and end-to-end global product flows- Team player and good interpersonal skill- Ability to set priorities and adapt decisions in a dynamic work environment- Lean or six sigma certification is an advantage
