Responsible for driving supply assurance and supply chain performance of Comirnaty and Paxlovid in APAC through engagement with Sites, Global/Regional PGS, Intercompany Operations, Regulatory, Market GSC and Commercial Team. This role will also support product life cycle management including new product launches, shelf-life extension and various change control implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive communication and resolution of supply issues with stakeholders including Market GSC, Sites, Vaccines Customer Service (VCS)/Intercompany Operations, Regulatory and Commercial.
- Coordinate with Site on inventory allocation in preparation for delivery plan
- Liaise with Regulatory Team and Site on product change management activities that have impact to supply
- Liaise with COVAX Implementation Team and VCS on USG/COVAX donation shipments
- Collaborate with Vaccines Customer Service (VCS)/Intercompany Operations on delivery plan
- Review weekly allocation plan, shared by Global Commercial, and compare against contractual agreements
- Check integrity of market sales orders vs. the allocation plan
- Review and approve sales orders for bilateral and Donation
- Prepare weekly reviews including ORT, T4, S&OP and cross functional COVID calls.
- Review supply chain performance metrics and identity root cause and mitigation plans
- Drive continuous improvement of E2E processes from launch to market distribution.
- Support acceleration of new launches and maintain overall project ownership including tracking of launch progress and escalation of risks to key stakeholders.
- Serves as a back up to regional and market team operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management related fields

Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience required in Supply, Demand, Logistics and Sales Order management, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Sound knowledge of principles and strategy for Sales Forecasting / Demand and Supply Planning/ New Product Launches
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Sound knowledge and strong operational skills of SAP/APO and IBP system

**Skills**:

- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Must be able to work independently and push own agenda and priority in matrix organization
- Manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues, as well as improvement initiatives
- Use strong oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information to all levels of the organization / stakeholders
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and end-to-end global product flows
- Team player and good interpersonal skill
- Ability to set priorities and adapt decisions in a dynamic work environment
- Lean or six sigma certification is an advantage
