Partnerships and Fundraising Executive

To build partnerships with community partners that are keen to work together with our organisation to reach and train more youths in the community about mental health.

To help with marketing Limitless’ mental health talks and workshops to schools, particularly Secondary Schools and JCs.

As well as to support our fundraising efforts and initiatives, plan new initiatives, and manage existing donors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support outreach efforts to schools and other community partners
- To organise outreach events with community partners to improve public education about mental health
- To participate in fundraising efforts to support the charity’s core work
- To liaise with community partners (organisations and individuals)
- Develop and implement fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Manage donors' database and maintain regular communication with them
- Ensure compliance with COC’s regulatory requirements for fundraising activities
- Maintain proper fundraising records and prepare monthly reports for management and finance

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent (but not required)
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and writing skills in English (and preferably one other language)
- Prior experience working in the social service sector and/or fundraising will be an advantage
- Events management, design, editing, or photography skills will be an advantage

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
