**We're Hiring: Communications Executive (Full-Time)**

Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore’s leading education provider of pre-tertiary academic programmes and university admissions advisory for IGCSE and IB students. Join our fast-growing education company as a Communications Executive We're looking for someone who can be the bridge between our programmes and the families we serve — someone who communicates clearly, professionally, and with heart.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Parent & Client Communication**
- Confidently explain programmes, tuition services, and admissions offerings.
- Assist with onboarding new families and maintaining ongoing communication.

**2. Marketing & Collateral**
- Create and update brochures, flyers, websites, and booklets using tools like Canva or WordPress.
- Draft clear and engaging content for our website and newsletters.
- Coordinate with design or digital marketing agencies for campaigns or visual assets.

**3. Business Operations**
- Assist to prepare and track invoices and payments.
- Draft and manage service agreements for clients, tutors, and partners.
- Maintain client records and follow up on payment status and renewals.

**4. External Partnerships & Vendor Management**
- Liaise with external agencies (e.g. designers, printing companies, website vendors).
- Manage relationships with partner schools, corporate partners, and collaborators.
- Coordinate logistics and materials needed for outreach events or partnerships.

**We're Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is able to correspond with customers in both English and Chinese.
- Is people-oriented and confident in liaising with parents and students.
- Has an eye for design and presentation (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a bonus).
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

**Bonus If You**:

- Have experience in the education or tuition sector.
- Have marketing or communications experience.
- Are familiar with basic website content editing (e.g. WordPress, Wix).

**Working Hours**

**Location**: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09, Singapore 238882

**Start Date**: 15 July 2025

**Commitment**: Full-time (In-person role)
- **5-day work week**:

- **Weekdays**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Weekends**: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Monthly Salary**: $3,500 - $4,500
- **Bonuses**: Additional performance and team-based bonuses apply
- **Benefits Include**: $500 Specialist Stipend **per annum (e.g. medical or mental health support)** **$100 Dental Stipend** per annum $500 Personal Development Stipend **per annum (for courses, books, conferences, etc.)**
