**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your mission will be to create exceptional ExD Learning Solutions for our clients that are aligned with our Purpose, “Transforming Leaders through Impactful Learning”, and our learning principles (Develop Mindsets, Stimulate Action, Generate Impact and Innovate). The focus of this role is to lead the discovery, design and delivery of our Learning Solutions, following our 5E methodology (Engage, Explore. Enable, Elevate and Embed). This role is based in Singapore with possible interventions in other ASEAN markets, virtually or face-to-face.
- Client Engagement and Governance in partnership with Client Directors
- Work closely with the Client Directors to serve our clients during the different stages of engagement and craft a relevant learning POV, while actively promoting our 5E methodology, with a particular emphasis on learning impact.
- Assist Client Directors in the lead conversion process for ExD Learning Solutions, contributing to proposals.
- Participate in discovery discussions with clients regarding customized ExD Solutions as an adult learning and development expert and experienced orchestrator of executive education experiences.
- Adopt a consulting approach with clients and articulate a specific ‘point of view’ which adds value to the client and their thinking.
- Maximize client satisfaction and impact through regular dialogue with key client stakeholders e.g., L&D, HR and business executives and Line Managers of participants.
- Ensure service delivery standards are maintained to client satisfaction.
- Ensure design and delivery are within the financial parameters.
- Programme Design and Delivery
- Ensure discovery and design is aligned to both client needs and our ‘point of view’.
- Lead design meetings and programme reviews with internal and external faculty.
- Innovatively integrate new learning methods and contribute to improving the differentiation between SMU ExD and our competition.
- Orchestrate Faculty interventions and facilitate/co-facilitate on programmes as required.
- Work closely with Program Managers to ensure ExD Learning Solutions logistics are properly managed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Masters level qualifications in Business, Organisational Design, Human Resources or related disciplines will be highly regarded
- Significant experience in senior roles in Executive/Management Education, Organizational Development and/or Learning and development
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, discovery, design and delivery of leadership and talent development interventions for clients
- Passion for using technology and innovation to support and reinforce learning
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams to achieve strategic outcomes
- Able to build client relationships strategically, acting as a trusted advisor, and developing senior-level relationships to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
