IHL Operations Director We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of graduate programmes, spanning admissions through to graduation. This pivotal role involves designing solutions, guiding teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and governance are rigorously maintained.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the institution's academic mission and long-term objectives. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of graduate programmes - admissions, examinations, programme delivery, and graduation ceremonies - ensuring compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and funding requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop operational strategies that align with the institution's academic goals.
  • Programme Management : Manage the full lifecycle of graduate programmes, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Risk & Governance : Identify and mitigate operational risks; establish governance frameworks and preventive controls to safeguard the institution's reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with academic leads, programme directors, business development, graduate recruitment teams, and central university offices to achieve outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in programme operations, admissions, student services, or related fields, preferably in higher education.
  • Experience managing the full student lifecycle; familiarity with registrar processes and educational funding schemes.
  • Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
