
Regional Strategic Sc Capabilities Lead

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the strategy and execution of the regional digital transformation program by leveraging supply chain background, digital expertise and project management methodologies to ensure solutions are integrated and are successfully delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Leads the Customer excellence initiatives leveraging the digital tools to improve customer collaboration & experience.
- Partner with the commercial organization to drive Strategic initiative on customer collaboration - VMR, Collaborative forecasting etc.
- Lead the customer connect programs and drive the action plans to improve customer experience (Advantage survey, CeX)
- Develop & Deploy programs to drive customer centricity in the SC organization.
- Leads the digital leadership team comprised of representatives from across supply chain to govern the strategy, budget and resources.
- Lead and empower teams to drive execution across our key digital initiatives and ensure interconnectivity across solutions.
- Drive the talent strategy and digital change management program for the region.
- Sponsor the Digital Grow program for the region and mentor the participants in the program
- Identify opportunities for innovation, develop solutions, project proposals and implementation plans
- Represent the region in global digital forums and workshops, participate in development of global initiatives, and support implementation throughout the region
- Evaluate new processes and technologies and determine if relevant for the region
- Influence & communicate with key partners/stakeholders at all levels to develop effective and efficient business solution that transforms the customer experience.
- Supports the Middle office capabilities in close collaboration with the e2E cross functional teams including the commercial organization.
- Represent APAC in the Global Digital Council to drive support for the regional digital initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Professional Experience: minimum 12-15 years work experience in Supply Chain (production planning, supply planning, demand planning, manufacturing, customer service, or distribution)
- Strong project management experience, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborative leadership skills (strategic & tactical), able to negotiate, influence, align, and prioritize
- Strong multi-cultural communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong management experience, coaching and developing individuals, leading teams
- Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Supply Chain) or technical discipline (IT)
- Other Experience: Lean, Six Sigma, SAP ERP systems, reporting, analytics, MS Office tools
- Familiarity with Asian languages preferred

- Drive improvement in SC performance metrics through digital initiatives - Inventory, Customer Service, Forecasting accuracy etc.
