Introducing the of Capability Lead for Site Characterisation & Remediation opportunity for the Solutions & Advisory (S&A)Team, Asia.

What is the role?

As the Capability Lead, you will lead the Site Characterisation and Remediation Capability Team across our Asia business.

With the support of your Head of Sector and in partnership with your team, you will foster an Inclusive and Diverse culture across your team that embodies Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and well-being of our people. You’ll work closely with your team to grow the business through efficient and effective project delivery and technical excellence while maintaining a focus on quality, innovation, training, and the use of innovative technologies that add value to our clients.

Key elements of this role include:

- Projects - Lead and oversee the delivery of Site Characterisation and Remediation Capability projects in the region, as an active Project Manager, Project Director and/or Portfolio Manager.
- Prospects and Proposals - Lead the pursuit of prospects with target clients, and lead and prepare proposals for individual opportunities.
- People - Be responsible for the management of the team including continual review and feedback on performance of the team, and day-to-day administrative activities. Support the Head of Operations in development of strategic staffing plans for the projects within this Capability across the Asia region.
