Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for successful transfer of internal (R&D) and external client processes and analytical technologies, in partnership with site functions.
- Perform process and product monitoring and analytics to enable continuous improvement.
- Perform lab experiments for process development, characterisation studies, continuous improvement of the production processes and to support tech transfers.
- Perform process and product-related investigations, product impact assessments, root cause analysis and prepare technical reports to support close-out of deviations.
- Provide fast-paced campaign support for manufacturing during technical production issues or escalations.
- Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and drive process and method improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support to SGVector Manufacturing that includes process and product monitoring, master data and documentation management, compliance to quality systems, and other readiness operational support activities.
- Work with Manufacturing and Quality to provide technical support and to develop platform procedures, lab and pilot-scale production protocols, experimental study plans, sampling plans, batch records, training, and other manufacturing resources as required to prepare for and execute processes.
- Provide feedback on site technology roadmaps and execution of assigned projects.
- Perform or lead other key initiatives and activities at SGVector, as assigned.
- Partner internally with MFG/QC and QA to share and adopt best practices across the network that drive continuous improvement in all technical aspects of production.
- Perform and support validation and qualification of equipment and processes including Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification, Process Qualification, Annual Product Review (APR) for all manufacturing processes/products.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and evaluate process improvements with the goal of optimizing current production process.
- Assess new equipment and technologies in order to expand and improve production and analytical capabilities.
