The Marine operations Manager reports to Operation Director and is responsible for the following:

- Managing of all vessel’s operational marine matters on a worldwide basis and to ensure that all

operational aspects comply to Company’s SOP.
- Attending to surveys and vessels inspections, attend charter and project operational meetings

and provide operation advice.
- Interface with HSEQ Dept to ensure vessel’s compliance to the Company’s SMS on board
- Interface with Crewing and ensuring proper and continuous shipboard training.
- Interface Marine Operations Dept & Technical Dept for all operational functions and matters
- Review/Preparation Operational Documentation and alter/update as required.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, officials, and port agents to ensure smooth operation

employment of Project Vessels.
- Ensuring the smooth Moblisation of vessels for Charter projects as well as the demoblilisation.
- Supervise the reviewing and monitoring of daily consumption/ROB/Bunkering/ Arrival &
Departure reports from vessels.
- Ensuring charterer's bunkering requirements complied with
- Providing support/training to ship's staff for bunkering operations and calculation / completion

of bunker reports.
- Manage specific areas of operations in relation to the asset including but not limited to

personnel deployment, operations, project related activities.
- Support and supervise Project Management team for any short to medium term conversions,

upgrades or repairs.
- Study engineering, design and construction drawings and documents to ensure complete

compliance for bidding purposes.
- Assist company and management in commercial and technical forums with customers as well

as in business development.
- Participate, evaluate and recommend selection of contractors and service companies.
- Report to Superior and Company Management on activities in a timely manner in a clear and

concise report.
- Ensures that all risks are accurately assessed and mitigated.
- Audit and evaluate planned and preventive maintenance programs and setting priorities for

repairs.
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with customers’ representatives and key

company partners.
- Handle any ad hoc operational matters that may arise from Situations.
