We are currently searching for a Shipyard Operations Manager for our company.

**Job Description**:
・Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities and established shipyard goals.

・Develops and maintains annual budgets

・Directs activities in areas of safety and personnel, production, scheduling, material handling and quality and ensures compliance with all Safety, Quality, Company and Regulatory directives in conjunction with Manager, HSSEQ.

・Review and interpret designs, drawings & specifications, recommend changes to plans and specifications to meet actual vessel conditions.

・Directs and coordinates shipyard operations within company policies and procedures

・Responsible and accountable for the performance of craft supervisors, technicians, and line staff for safety, quality, cost, and scheduling.

・Responsible for providing the quantity and quality of workers to meet schedule and budget. With assistance of Senior Management, trains assigned craft supervisors in safety, cost control, job skills, quality and scheduling.

・Directs all phases of steel fabrication, assembly and erection, piping fabrication and installation, electrical systems fabrication and Installation, painting and outfitting including the work.

・In Charge of full coordination, administration and management of project

・Participate in Management review meeting and WSH meeting

・Plan and foresee the number of manpower to be deployed at the sites

・Coordinate with client on location of site office, site store and erection area

・Review the company Occupational health and safety performance

・Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Job Requirement

・ 10 years of Site Operation related experience in Marine industry will be a must.

・Excellent interpersonal ,Good communication and negotiation skills for customers and suppliers

・Good attitude and team worker

・ Able to commit to 5.5 days week
