**Job Description**:

- ** Job Summary**:

- Taking lead on HSE matters, providing advice to QHSE Manager periodically
- Ensure HSE Management system is complied by all levels within the organization
- Manage customer QHSE expectation

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly HSE Statistics and reports
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk level
- Joint safety inspection of sites with stakeholders and safety meeting
- Assist in preparing and timely closure of incident investigation with assistance from site managers
- Provide awareness training to staff
- Maintain safety documentation on shared drive
- Champion risk assessment activities of sites
- Continuous improvement on safety issues
- Adhoc project for safety improvement
- Involved in sourcing and purchasing of items relating to safety matters.
- Participate in audits for various standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO9001
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support on corporate QHSE standards and communicate relevant information to stakeholders
- To liaise directly with customers on QHSE issues directly as required
- To address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- ISO 45000 Lead Auditor certificate preferred, with good knowledge on legislation and industry practices
- Positive team player with proactive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and “hands-on” personality
- Independent, positive mind-set with flexibility
- Travel between sites locally
- Leadership and managerial skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
