We are seeking a passionate and driven ESG Specialist to join our global sustainability team. Reporting to the Group Sustainability Director and ESG Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing ESG policies, data management, and sustainability initiatives across our organization. Your role will involve stakeholder engagement, reporting, and driving efforts to meet our climate action goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ESG data, reporting systems, and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Facilitate ESG initiatives, including corporate social responsibility programs.
- Conduct materiality assessments and collaborate on sustainability projects.
- Support climate action plans, including GHG emissions reductions and net-zero targets.
- Prepare communications materials and contribute to the annual sustainability report.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in sustainability, environmental management, or social sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the environment, circular economy, and social justice.
