**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager of Compliance & ESG, this role is all about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and plays a critical part in the company's sustainability strategy. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, from staying updated on ESG rules to preparing reports for stakeholders. This includes managing ESG data, responding to rating agencies, and integrating ESG considerations into company-wide decisions. You'll essentially be the bridge between the company's ESG efforts and the world, making sure the company is transparent and accountable on sustainability issues.

**Your Profile**

To excel in this role, you'll have a relevant Degree or other relevant Qualification with the following related experiences:

- ** Experience**:We're looking for someone with at least 7-8 years of solid experience in a relevant field, along with a strong grasp of key regulations and sustainability frameworks.
- ** Curiosity & Business Sense**:You're naturally inquisitive and possess a keen understanding of business.
- ** Self-Starter with Initiative**:You're meticulous, analytical, and thrive in a self-directed environment. You have a proven track record of building processes from the ground up and driving projects forward.
- ** Collaboration & Teamwork**:You excel at project management and possess strong interpersonal skills. You're comfortable working in diverse environments and building rapport with colleagues across different departments.
- ** Communication & Influence**:Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are key. You have a proven ability to influence decisions across various teams and with senior leadership. Strong report writing and clear communication are essential.
