Senior Program Manager

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr Manager, Program Management to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that affect our marketplace and how agents perceive our pricing and packaging. In this role, you will develop program strategies, coordinate execution across multiple teams, and ensure that all projects align with our organizational goals. Your leadership will be key to driving efficiency and consistency across the business.

Note: this is **senior individual contributor role**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Go-to-Market Strategy**:Lead the planning and execution of product launches, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams
- **Program Delivery**:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our pricing and packaging programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles
- **Performance Monitoring**:Establish KPIs and metrics to track program progress and report on results to senior leadership
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless program execution
- **Continuous Improvement**:Drive process improvements to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in program management or equivalent roles, including 3+ years in a senior role
- Experience in B2B or technology sectors preferred
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-faceted programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to break down complex concepts, and do storytelling at different levels
