**Position Summary**:
This role is responsible to manage Supply Chain activities overseeing daily operations in working with internal stakeholders and external Vendors. To manage multiple priorities, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met and take initiative to drive process improvement. (Healthcare and Life Science)

**Duties**:
1. Plan and oversee inventory stock levels through S&OP process
2. Manage inventory in ERP including receipt, shipments, etc.
3. Coordinate inventory movements between international warehouses and Singapore warehouses
4. Oversee Singapore inventory management process including process improvements.

5. Work with local warehouses and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and others in Singapore
6. Pick releasing and ship confirming orders in ERP system
7. Manage day-to-day
- shipping issues and inquiries
8. Act as primary purchaser for both internal and external goods and services
9. Generation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory goods and services in ERP
10. Monitor shipping performance of warehouses and carriers

- Bachelor's Degree

**Required Experience**:

- 2-4 years experience of- Supplier management,
- Inventory control
- Demand and Supply forecasting
- Logistics management.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle
- Possess effective communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with all levels of personnel.
