**Internship Overview**:
This internship is tailored for students majoring in Operations & Supply Chain Management. You will gain exposure to real-world SME operations, support internal business processes, and contribute to the groundwork for developing training programmes in the logistics and supply chain sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Operations (Supply Chain Perspective)**
- Assist with lead generation and client engagement
- Coordinate across teams to streamline training delivery, including scheduling and material preparation
- Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to promote upcoming training programmes and partnerships
- Assist in recruitment activities and support the full employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, deployment, offboarding)
- Maintain internal databases and support the preparation of contracts, HR documents, and government funding documentation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and organised operations across departments

**2. Course Development & Market Research**
- Contribute to the research, design, and structuring of new training programmes in supply chain and logistics
- Assist in aligning course content with industry standards (e.g., SSG frameworks or in-demand competencies)
- Draft learner guides, PowerPoint materials, and internal documentation for pilot courses
- Support competitor analysis of similar SCM-related courses in Singapore and overseas

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Learn how education and training programmes are structured for workforce development
- Gain experience in market research, client engagement, and internal process coordination
- Contribute to the development of a new SCM training vertical within a PEI setting

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate student in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, as the role may involve communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Google Drive, Google Workspace).
- Adaptable, organised, and keen to learn across functional domains.

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

**Allowance**:

- SGD 1,600 per month*

**Location**:

- 5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT.
