9Doors(S) Pte Ltd custom manufactures baby keepsakes in the form of 3D hand and feet castings, breastmilk jewellery, ultrascound scan pendants and crystal capsules for umbilical cords. As part of our offerings, we also provide a photography service to complement our keepsakes products.

We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

**JOB SCOPE**

1. Ensure branch meets the Company's standards on customer service and are aligned with Brands' guidelines.

2. Overall responsible for the branch’s smooth operations, including working with the back end to ensure smooth order processing.

3. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvements.

4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch's sales target.

5. Lead, train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

6. Collaborate with Marketing team for promotions and brand campaigns.

7. Establish and maintain strong rapport and relationship with existing and new customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Minimum 3 years in retail sales with at least 1 year in Management role.

2. Independent, motivated and possess good initiative

3. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

4. Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and inspire a team

5. Strong communications and relationship management skills

6. Able to communicate in English and either Chinese or Malay is a must. Ability to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay will be a bonus.

7. Willing to work 6 days a week (including Saturday and Sunday).

8. Passionate about maintaining a high standard of customer service.
