Reporting to the co-Founder PEK, the Omnichannel Sales Associate is both a strategic and operational role. Iterating rapidly in response to insights regarding customer needs and distribution preferences & opportunities, we believe in purposeful adaptability in today’s fast and exciting marketplaces for insecticide free fresh produce.
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual with a high integrity and drive for co-creating and growing new marketplaces for premium insecticide free fresh produce, with fellow colleagues as well as expanding the network of possibilities in the marketplace ecosystems of growers, fulfillment partners, chefs, grocers and end consumers.

The Marketing Company For Fresh Produce maintains a base price that is profitable for growers, works with the most reliable cold chain fulfillment service providers, and shares the marketplace margins with trustworthy premium chefs & grocers in order to create safe, relevant and exciting fresh produce experiences for consumers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Omnichannel Sales Associate shall co-lead and co-innovate the following strategic threads of The Marketing Company For Fresh Produce:
Omnichannel Commerce
Together with the co-Founders of The Marketing Company For Fresh Produce, the Omnichannel Sales Associate shall co-develop, co-build & co-creatively adapt the omnichannel architecture, end-to-end tech stack infrastructure, contemporaneous content and B2B and B2C customer relationships, customer service and customer transaction strategies, experiences and operations, including e-commerce.
The Omnichannel Sales Associate shall be responsible for using diligently and effectively our omnichannel features, and keeping operationally relevant all our omnichannel strategies and implementations in order to deliver a fully transparent and relevant omnichannel experience to our existing and potential customers. The relationship of trust is paramount to uphold as the foundational core of a truly authentic & ethical omnichannel experience.
Omnichannel Product Excellence & Sales
Our omnichannel sales are supermarkets, online grocers, subscription boxes, gift hampers, group buys, food services, and collaborations with those in the marketplace ecosystem of insecticide free fresh produce.
The Omnichannel Sales Associate shall:
- Deliver sales of our premium products by confidently, enthusiastically and passionately educating current and prospective customers about the exceptional value of our tomatoes & cherry tomatoes, lettuce & kale, cucumber & pepper, asian leafy, herbs and other new products.
- Coordinate with growers and fulfilment partners to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations including movement of goods into and out of farm production facilities as well as packing, warehousing & shipping operations.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service from initial contact through repeat orders.
- Monitor production facilities and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and consistently provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Work closely with the co-founders to play a key role in the development of The Marketing Company For Fresh Produce’s long-term growth strategy, including strengthening our omnichannel infrastructure and product excellence.
- Work closely with co-founders to develop and implement a system to conduct data-based, continual analysis, evaluation and reporting of strategic information (revenue, product mix, margins, inventory, sustainable packaging cost, freight cost, cost of fresh produce, wastages and supply).
- Work closely with the co-founders to develop product marketing strategies including social media advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the co-founders to develop and lead the implementation of the marketing strategy and sales promotions based on knowledge of The Marketing Company For Fresh Produce’s competitive advantage, market and product characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Work closely with the co-founders to manage pricing models, balancing exceptional quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Content & Education
