**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners (e.g., Best Denki, Courts, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the B2B channel.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, to closing deals.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or sales coordinators as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, appliances
- Strong network or experience working with large retailers and distributors in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
