**Job Description**:

- Manage the sales and services of export sales into ASEAN and other assigned regions or countries as and when required by the Company.
- Review and manage agency/distributorship and maintaining close working relationship with water authorities and supporting existing distributors to expand sales in the respective assigned territories including existing markets & new territories.
- Seek, identify and appoint new distributors and agencies to develop new export markets.
- Carry out continuous market research, business development and to execute marketing activities in existing & new export markets and to introduce and market new products to drive business growth.
- Development and execution of budget and business plan for existing & new export markets.
- Plan and develop sales budget for new products in existing & new export markets.
- Manage all documentations and prices with regards to purchases, sales, transfer pricing and target selling prices for tenders.
- Manage and supervise sales personnel and sales supporting staff.
- Mitigate any sales operational risks including orders execution related matters such as delivery schedules to meet tender supply contract obligations.
- To work closely with all related parties to ensure timely delivery of plans and to meet customers' quality expectations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience in export sales within the Asia-Pacific Region and other regions will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel overseas in short notice and is committed to work as and when required beyond the normal working hours.
