George Kent International Pte Ltd is an established manufacturing and engineering services company operating the largest brass manufacturing facility in South East Asia where we have developed a strong and reputable manufacturing presence in the OEM market for our water meters, brass components and non-ferrous products. 1. Manage the sales and services of export sales into ASEAN and other assigned regions or countries as and when required by the Company.
2. Review and manage agency/distributorship and maintaining close working relationship with water authorities and supporting existing distributors to expand sales in the respective assigned territories including existing markets & new territories.
3. Seek, identify and appoint new distributors and agencies to develop new export markets.
4. Carry out continuous market research, business development and to execute marketing activities in existing & new export markets and to introduce and market new products to drive business growth.
5. Development and execution of budget and business plan for existing & new export markets.
6. Plan and develop sales budget for new products in existing & new export markets.
7. Manage all documentations and prices with regards to purchases, sales, transfer pricing and target selling prices for tenders.
8. Manage and supervise sales personnel and sales supporting staff.
9. Mitigate any sales operational risks including orders execution related matters such as delivery schedules to meet tender supply contract obligations.
10. To work closely with all related parties to ensure timely delivery of plans and to meet customers' quality expectations.
