**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **detail-oriented and proactive**Import/Export Sales Manager to manage daily export operations and documentation. This role requires **strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel**and excellent coordination skills to ensure efficient international shipments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Export Documentation & Coordination**:
- Prepare and manage all export-related documents, including invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery orders.
- Use **Microsoft Excel extensively**to create, modify, and maintain critical documents such as contracts, packing lists, and invoices.
- Coordinate shipments with factories, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
**2. Client & Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
**3. Operational & Strategic Support**:
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records to support seamless operations.
- Verify contracts, loading plans, and customer instructions to ensure compliance and high operational standards.
- Work closely with senior management to align daily operations with company objectives.
- Assist in preparing quotation sheets and profit tables to support pricing strategies.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- **Education & Experience**:Minimum **1-2 years of experience**in import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- **Technical Skills**:Advanced **Microsoft Excel**proficiency is essential (e.g., handling large datasets, creating and updating packing lists and invoices).
- **Language Proficiency:Fluent in English (written and spoken).**
- **Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy in export documentation.
- **Adaptability & Teamwork**:Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a **fast-paced**environment.
