**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Attending to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project

3. Handle claims processing and ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance to company policies.

4. Process and submit government claims e.g. NS make-up pay, childcare, maternity, FWL waiver etc

5. Maintain HR database

6. Assist in the administration of employee training and development

7. Prepare PO and update report

9. Receives / sends courier items.

10. Manage overall office management such as maintain furnishing, equipment, supplies, infra-structure and provide general office support ie. Local / International courier services and manage inventory for office stationeries, pantry supplies and medical first-aid.

11. Assist in staffing process when required

12. Providing other administrative support as needed
