Working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle full spectrum of HR operations covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, and etc.;
Perform payroll functions including monthly payroll, CPF, and tax reporting.
Handle full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
Handle all aspects of office administration including leave management, employee insurance schemes; workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement etc.;
Manage employee lifecycle events including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding;
Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy and integrity;
Support the development and implementation HR & Admin policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth;
Delivery of HR & Admin initiatives and plans to support business growth;
Participate in ad hoc assignment and projects.
**Requirements**:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience (preferably from securities companies, investment banks or fund companies etc);
Well versed in Singapore Employment Ordinance, CPF Ordinance, and employment compensation;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent, and willing to take extra duties;
Good commend in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
Immediate available preferred.
