Administrative Accounts Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain basic accounting record
- Handle petty cash payments
- Provide general administrative duties and support to Management
- Handle phone calls, filing, and data entry.
- To issue PO/invoice/cheque to vendors, subcontractors, or clients
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 to 2 years of Account & admin experience in the construction industry
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Good learner and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
