**Job Description
**Responsibilities**:You will be part of the Finance, HR and Administrative Team, with the following responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
- Support planning and logistics when hosting local/overseas guests
- In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
- Facilitate as IT administrator and liaise with IT Helpdesk
- Assist the HR with general HR administrative work
- Supporting bookkeeping procedures
- Managing inventory of office supplies.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Executive or other relevant position for a minimum of four years
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Organized, meticulous, and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Responsible, pleasant and approachable
- Initiative, possess a positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure
