**Regional Creator Partnerships Executive**

HEPMIL Creator’s Network is looking for a Regional Creator Partnerships Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the team by assisting with content translation, sourcing and acquiring of Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) creators, and contributing to the creation of marketing materials for XHS. This position requires a keen interest in social media, marketing, and influencer relations, with a focus on the Chinese market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Manage and update HEPMIL’s XHS account, creating engaging posts, ensuring brand consistency, and increasing community interaction across platforms.
- Content Translation: Assist with translating content from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring that messaging is accurate and resonates with the target audience.
- Creator Sourcing and Acquisition: Source and acquire relevant XHS creators to build HCN’s creator network
- Marketing Materials Creation: Design visually appealing marketing materials for campaigns, creator outreach, and internal presentations.
- Negotiation and Partnerships: Assist in negotiations with creators and partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, including working on contract terms and collaboration expectations.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) as content translation is required of this role.
- Familiarity and keen interest with social media platforms and trends, particularly XHS.
- Experience using relevant software for designing marketing materials.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or experience in social media, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.
