**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the Bistro are properly executed.
- Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and satisfying method.
- Maintain high level of customer service as per SOP.
- Ensure overall Bistro image is maintained and our brand is well represented.
- Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
- Ensure that POS system is always operational and accurate.
- Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.
- Monitor handling of dining vouchers, discount, cash and tips. Adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.
- Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.
- Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
- Provide suggestions or new SOP to improve operation and employee duties for the betterment of the customers.
- Ensure supplies and stock are enough for day to day operations; monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are adhered.
- Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling of food, beverage and promotional items.
- Attend to guest requests and feedback. Resolving complaint at store level though service recovery.
- Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience management in Food and Service Operations
- Diploma/Degree in F&B management or any related fields
- Good command of spoken English and communication skills
- Leadership skills - Coaching, Motivating and Building the Service Team
