The APAC HR Operations Process Manager is responsible for supporting Chubb’s HR Transformation initiatives regionally. As the APAC HR Operations Process Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and driving improvements for all HR Operations processes that impact the employee lifecycle. This role will partner with HR Business Partners, HR COEs, and cross functional teams to understand as-is processes, identify gaps, streamline, and implement new HR processes that improve the employee experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage stakeholders in understanding as-is HR processes, identifying and evaluating ways to improve and implement new business processes to deliver optimal efficiency locally, while maintaining global consistency, and alignment to best practices.
- Provide change management, communications, and training support for HR Operations initiatives including Oracle HCM implementation, ADP Regional Payroll rollout, and broader HR Transformation with a focus on how these initiatives tie together and co-exist.
- Leverage data and insights from various tools and share these with relevant stakeholders to help make data driven HR Process and People decisions.
- Regional lead on all local and global HR audit processes and requirements, maintaining governance and compliance for all HR data, contracts, systems etc.
- Partner with HRBP’s and HR COE’s to ensure the smooth operation of key HR operational processes (i.e. Workforce Planning, Staff Requisitions process, Performance Management, Compensation Planning).

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience in implementing HR systems and processes for multinational corporations. Financial Services industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading HR change initiatives
- Prior experience in organizational change management
- Prior experience with key HR operational processes
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management, Relationship Management, and Influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
- Growth mindset with willingness to continuously learn.
