**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage staff reimbursement
- Assist Accounts department in data entry, process payment, proper filing
- Preparing bi-monthly payroll for foreign workers and allocate wages to project costing
- Assist in Project administrative duties
- Assist in Purchasing duties
- Answering phone calls, processing the mail, photocopying, scanning, maintain office cleanliness, receiving deliveries etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O / Diploma / Professional certificate
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Responsible and meticulous
- Computer literate, good in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Bilingual in English and Chinese languages (to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers and contractors)
- Have initiative
