About the role

You will be responsible for providing bookkeeping, accounting and admin support to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings

  • Assist with preparing financial reports and other accounting documentation

  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing and responding to inquiries

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in accounting

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Basic computing skills and proficient in using accounting software

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

  • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in continuous improvement
