
Specialist, Marketing and Demand Generation

We are looking for a Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist to join our team.
The Specialist, works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with GTM and Services Towers as well as Campaign Owners to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives; provides pre
- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs and resellers; and supports public relations through researching, writing and editing press releases. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

**Job Description**:
- **Demand Gen**:
- works individually or with a team liaising with internal stakeholders, partners, and engagement of 3rd party agencies in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects, estimating cost, and managing projects to completion.
- involves in the end-to-end process and execution of overall marketing activities such as campaigns and related inbound and outbound activities
- tracking of marketing activities to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions
- updating and reporting of campaigns statistics and ensuring leads are uploaded and tagged in Salesforce
- plays an integral role to marketing pipelines contribution
- **Field Marketing**:
- execute communication projects in areas such as digital marketing, promotional programs, publicity, and trade shows.
- assist in the development of the production and distribution of various internal and external communication using internal martech tools
- takes the lead in the planning, execution and implementation of trade shows and events.
- **Corporate Communications**:
- assist in the brand policing ensuring corporate branding guidelines are adhered to in the development of corporate-related collaterals
- supports and collaborate with Sales and GTM team for partners and clients-related activities for clients / partners nominations, preparing relevant comms. and marketing logistics.
- manages the development of press releases, case studies and facilitates in the collaborating with internal and external clients
- facilitates and supports in social media advocacy
- **Marketing Ops**:
- supports, follows up and ensure close loop for all marketing admin and operations, e.g., raising of internal requisitions for approvals, onboarding of suppliers, GTM campaigns schedule management, monitoring and working with Sales on project wins submissions
- assist in the request for partners funding support, managing of budget and expenses
- assist in the submission and claims of different partners funding within timelines
- managing database and any other admin duties
