Demand Generation Specialist

Strategy Development: Create, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies to support business goals, driving awareness and lead acquisition.
- Lead Generation: Build targeted lead generation programs, including webinars, events, content syndication, and inbound marketing initiatives.
- Experience in Event Management such as exhibitions, technical seminars etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, and continuously refine based on data insights to improve ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, product, and design teams to align demand generation efforts with the overall business and sales goals.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools to manage campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
