**Your Role in the Kitchen**
As an **Assistant Chef **, you’ll lead our vibrant kitchen team of six and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dishes. Here’s what you’ll do:

- **Set the Standard**: Maintain impeccable food preparation and kitchen hygiene while adhering to all food safety regulations.
- **Streamline Inventory**: Ensure ingredient availability while managing stock efficiently to minimize waste.
- **Collaborate Seamlessly**: Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to provide guests with top-notch dining experiences.
- **Train & Mentor**: Share your culinary expertise to upskill kitchen staff in crafting authentic Mala dishes.
- **Adapt & Assist**: Support other kitchen operations as needed to keep things running smoothly.
