**About the Role**

As a Senior Executive in our Patents, Designs and Plant Varieties (PDPVP) department, you'll be instrumental in shaping one of the world's top-ranked IP regimes. You'll join us in our mission to build a Regime of the Future - one that showcases excellence in IP administration through IP expertise and cutting-edge digital and data analytics capabilities.

**Key Responsbilities**
- Drive evidence-based policy formulation through sophisticated research and data analysis and implement policies through legislative amendments, when required
- Shape progressive IP protection frameworks that serve both local and international innovators
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across government and industry, local and internationalRepresent and advance Singapore’s interests at international fora including ASEAN and World IP Organization meetings

**Write to us if you have/are**:

- At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in policy analysis and implementation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and innovative mindset
- Good team player who is also able to work independently
- Background in intellectual property, especially in the area of Patents and Designs, will be advantageous
