**About the Team**
Corporate Strategy is responsible for maintaining the company’s business plan and facilitate planning and execution of the company’s business growth. The department liaises closely with the senior management group including the CEO, and stakeholders at the head quarter and other affiliate offices in order to achieve the business goals.
**Summary**
You will be responsible for a broad range of matters listed below. To succeed in this role you possess a solid understanding and ability to influence the company’s current strategy and position. You will be analytical with good attention to detail and have strong communication skills for building relationships.
**Responsibilities**
Company Planning
- Maintain and improve:
- Entity capital management
- Optimal arrangements for transfer pricing
- Expense management
- Management P/L reporting
- Coordination of annual business planning
- Prepare and present management reports for the Board of Directors and senior management as required
Business Development
- Liaise with front office and corporate departments to promote new business and design an optimal operational/control framework
Governance Administration
- Organize agenda and coordinate for quarterly Board of Directors and monthly Executive Committee meetings and any other management meetings
Company Management
- Assist the senior management including CEO and Head of Corporate Strategy to oversee company day-to-day operation
Supporting Operations / Middle Office Team Development
- Assist the Operations and Middle Office team development especially on Derivative team setup
**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years experience in capital markets/investment bank business
- University degree holder
- Ability to articulate complex matters with clear communication both in writing and verbally to internal stakeholders
- Strong risk control mind-set and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English to facilitate business communication among stakeholders.
- Minimum Level N1 in Japanese-Language Proficiency Test or equivalent is required due to frequent detailed communication with Headquarters and Japanese counterparts on information sharing and reporting
