**Description**:
The Corporate Strategy Associate role will be responsible for helping execute Kredivo’s mid to long-term strategic roadmap. This role will require close coordination with multiple, cross-functional team members and external stakeholders to execute Kredivo’s buy or build expansion strategy, with the broader end goal of building a diversified digital financial services company in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end execution of strategic M&A opportunities, including sourcing, screening, conducting due diligence and closing transactions,
- Evaluating business expansion into new product and geographic adjacencies
- Coordination of our equity fundraising efforts and supporting investor relations, and
- Preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to its board and existing investors.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of working experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or buy side (PE/VC)
- Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
- Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English + preferably 1 regional language in South East Asia (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog)
- Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally
