**Essential Job Functions**:
As Assistant Manager, Advancement & Partnership, you will play a crucial role in driving the advancement and partnership initiatives to support the Science Centre's mission and objectives. You will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, and advancing the Science Centre's outreach and engagement efforts.
You will be working on business pitching and fostering partnership for both current & New Science Centre Singapore, the next iconic landmark revolutionizing the landscape of STEM, in which will provide you with an invaluable experience to elevate your career horizon.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain partnerships with philanthropists, corporate entities, educational institutions, and government agencies to support the Science Centre's programs and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities to secure funding for exhibitions, educational programs, and special events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership and sponsorship activities with the Science Centre's mission and strategic goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns to support the Science Centre's advancement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and sponsorship activities and provide regular reports on key performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
He/She should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals, excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver on multiple project aspects within tight deadlines.
He/She should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
