
Customer Administration Officer

**The Brief**:

We enable the orchestration of physical logistics, compliance and financial requirements of trade and supply chain seamlessly, smartly and securely, thus powering global trade by making it accessible, predictable and easier to fulfil. The company has linkages to 26 Customs nodes across the world, with more than 175,000 connected parties and conducting more than 18 million transactions annually.
**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Attend to customers over the phone and at the counters.
- Perform second level customer service and support before escalating to supervisor.
- Perform cashiering, registration, scanning and conversion, sorting, issuing and printing of documents and replies.
- Perform daily banking and updating of service reports.
- Perform basic problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Any other administrative functions as specified in duty roster.
