**Job Description**:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing customer account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Generating reports and statements for internal use
- Any other ad-hoc account receivable related duty
**Job Requirements**
- ACCA level 1 / Diploma in accounting / Higher Nitec in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and
- At least 1 years relevant experience
- 5 day work week
- Preferably available immediate or within short notice
