**Team Introduction**:
The Finance BP - International Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals.

**Position Overview**:
TikTok is seeking a Finance Business Partner who will be a key contributor to TikTok Live's continued success worldwide. This role is based out of our Singapore office and will be an individual contributor with a global scope and coverage. This is a high-impact team and will have great learning and growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform monthly/quarterly closing, complete management report preparation, and produce multi-dimensional reports based on the nature of accounts.
2. Assist with the annual budget preparation and rolling forecast update, be able to understand the budget update logic, identify data errors.
3. Promote data system construction and process optimization, improve financial metrics monitoring system.
4. Understand business logic, assist in the preparation of analysis reports, and continuously track, analyze and review key business indicators.
5. Review Purchase Requisition and Contract processes to ensure the accuracy of business fields, identify and control financial risk, and provide optimization suggestions.
6. Complete other financial support for the company and business.

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience in financial analysis experience is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility and highly self-motivated; strong ability of learning;
- Strong Data Analysis Ability, especially Excel skills, Python / SQL preferred;
- Great communication skills, team-work spirit, cross-function collaboration ability;
- Understanding or interest in internet business is highly preferred.
