**Team Introduction**:
The Finance BP - Global Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cash Flow & transition roadmap support: focus on business solutions for payment compliance finance support, exchange gain/loss monitor and regulation, control the finance risk of cash flow plans and refunding solutions for different entities and business lines, sort out the finance related data source and flow, collaborate closely with various business units, offering valuable financial insights and advice to support decision-making and money platform construction.
- Financial Report analysis: Focus on key costs, understand and analyze the cost structure and deep dive the cost drivers, find room for optimization. Implementing analysis from different dimensions, included but not limited to regions, business modules, etc. Lead and assist businesses to drive progress for efficiency improvement.
- Support Content diversification: as finance business partner of new initiative businesses, collaborate closely with various business units, offering valuable financial insights and advice to support decision-making. Provide finance P&L reports and advice to department heads and help drive key business strategies.
- Other adhoc support work.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in FP&A or equivalent roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, collaborative teamwork, self-motivation, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly ROI-related analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with payment solutions, capital risk control is highly preferred or capital market background.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Certificates such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
