Finance Business Partner

**Position Summary**
The **Finance Business Partner**will work closely with the Head of Business Partnering to provide financial leadership, support, and strategic insight across the business. The role will ensure that financial objectives align with operational goals, offering advice on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to senior management while promoting a culture of business intelligence and financial accountability.
**Job Descriptions**
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Provide actionable insights to Business Units by explaining variances and driving performance improvement
- Address pain points in business partnerships by enhancing communication and collaboration through precise financial analysis and reporting
- Serve as the lead finance partner to Heads of Business Units and internal departments (e.g. Supply Chain, HR) and being the liaison between business and finance
- Drive revenue and OPEX forecasting and execution with a focus on accuracy, core sales growth and profitability
- Drive annual Budget exercise in collaboration with HQ team
- Work on ad hoc strategic projects
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business or Finance related.
- At least 6 years in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
- Hands-on and eager to learn great initiative
- “Can do” attitude, resourceful and independent
- Proactive problem solver, strong follow up and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitivity and confidentiality
