**Team Introduction**:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an analytical Finance BP who will act as a strategic business partner to our global e-commerce business based in Singapore. In this role, this person will be required to find new insights helping drive topline growth and improve profitability. He or she will provide timely and insightful analysis and perform strategic planning, from preparation to execution to constructive evaluation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recommend, develop, and implement projects and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its topline growth and overall profitability
- Provide financial results summaries to business reviews and planning documents for leadership reviews
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A or related analytical experience. E-commerce experience preferred
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytics skills as an advanced user of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred
