Here at Invent, we are looking for seasoned consultants who have proven experience and skills to manage the business architecture for ERP transformations. As a business architect, you will be responsible for defining the business architecture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You act as a key member of the Transformation Design Authority and will be responsible for leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions to create tangible business value for the client. Your typical day will involve defining opportunities, developing business cases, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve the vision.

**Scope of Work**:

- Leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities.
- Assisting in creating high-level briefings for management as well as executive stakeholders.
- Develop a working understanding of diverse and nuanced processes and operating procedures.
- Develop enterprise business capability architecture, including artifacts such as maps, value streams, and roadmaps.

and preparation and execution of key and end-user trainings for related internal tools.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, strategies, and priorities for the ERP transformation.
- Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and external vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and validate architectural designs.
- Ensure that the solution design is consistent and standardized and facilitate capture and maintenance of business requirements.
- Foster collaboration and consensus-building among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and facilitate decision-making throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues related to the SAP transformation project and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Leading strategic, complex, differentiated suite solution opportunities to address transformational and business modernization needs of customers.
