You are a key member of a small team working in a hybrid work environment. You report directly to the Managing Partner.

Your **responsibilities**include but are not limited to:

- Management of open enrolment programs
- Coordination of location, preparation of materials and printing, communicating with participants, support during the programs and follow-up with clients and participants afterwards
- Coordinating internal executive development programs with clients
- This includes planning, meetings with clients, arranging logistics, helping prepare and print materials, support during the program and follow-up with client and participants afterwards
- Annual Inclusive Leadership Forum
- Planning, coordination with location and event partners, management of room layout and logistics, management of virtual participants, communication with sponsors and key clients
- Inclusive Mindset and Behaviour Assessment
- Understanding of tool, communication with participants, preparation of reports
- Alumni events
- Communication with WiL alumni, management of LinkedIn Group activities
- Client Event
- Coordination of annual client event, communication with key contacts and clients
- Support on Program Design and Presentation
- Involvement in design of programs, preparation of presentations
- Other activities
- Team meetings, other ad hoc tasks

You have the following **skills/experience**which you will continue to develop:

- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and other social media
- Proficiency in Canva and Constant Contact (not required and will be developed on the job)
