**About Us**
Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1.**Compliance Testing**
- Develop and execute compliance testing plans to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal bank standard, policies, and processes.
- Identify gaps and deficiencies in processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
**2.**Regulatory Compliance**
- Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive compliance-matrix to ensure bank wide compliance with all laws and regulations, including gap analyses of business units’ controls.
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting the bank’s operations.
- Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations.
- Stay updated on relevant banking laws, regulations, and industry practices.
**3.**Collaboration and Training**
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the Compliance Manager in developing and updating policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Student in a tertiary institution undertaking a degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in banking field, regulatory compliance.
- Keen to explore digital assets such as blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week for a duration of 6 months.
