**Manager, Group Partnership Distribution**
- 12 months contract role
- Hybrid work model

**The Opportunity**
This position will provide Sales and Distribution operational support for Partnerships Distribution to drive strategy and ambition for growth in exclusive partnerships.
Role Purpose:

- MIS support for key exclusive partnerships including campaign tracking, sales reporting and bonus calculation tracking, department budget tracking
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in development and execution of regional sales incentive program for exclusive partnership
- Business support for partnership steering committee, business planning workshop, department townhalls and business review meetings

Key Accountabilities:

- MIS support for key exclusive markets including campaign tracking and sales reporting and bonus calculation tracking and department budget tracking
- Prepare Monthly and quarterly and full year campaign results
- Prepare Partnership weekly/ monthly sales reporting
- Prepare bonus tracking report
- Data extraction support for key meetings
- Monitor department budget
- Collaborate with key Bank stakeholders in development and execution of regional sales incentive program
- Support PD team in end-to-end planning and execution of regional sales incentive program
- Generate campaign results tracking, develop regular campaign, and event communication to drive activity / outreach
- Business support for business planning workshop, department townhalls and business review meetings
- Business support for offsite F2F/ virtual / hybrid workshop and department townhalls

**Your Background**
- Has 5+ years of relevant working experience, with minimum 5 years in bancassurance or life insurance industry
- Strong communicator with good influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Good business acumen with intermediate excel skills
- Experience with events management
- Good team player
